RESTORING RAAJ MAHAL
2007-2014
Raaj Mahal was built in 1895 by HH Rana Onkarsinhji of Kathiwada. As members of the royal family moved to a full-time residence in Mumbai in the 70s, the building fell into decay.
In 2007, the bold and courageous task of restoring the legacy of Raaj Mahal Kathiwada and bringing it back to his glory years was undertaken by HH Rana Digvijaysingh and his mother who painstakingly worked with various experts, contractors and consultants over the next 7 years.
In 2014 the reinvented Raaj Mahal has a renewed spirit and now finds itself at the center of an ambitious modern-age hospitality and responsible tourism project.

LOW COST HOUSING
2017-2020
We developed Kathiwada's first RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority of India) registered housing project. Also the first of its kind for the district at large. The significance of this is enormous as availability of residential land in Kathiwada is near zero. It was important to provide affordable, legal and dignified housing for the people of the region as nuclear families in India are growing in numbers. Not only has this attracted local buyers expanding their household footprint but also the regional investor who is looking at Kathiwada as a long-term investment opportunity.
DSK SPORTS CLUB
2014-2016
Once a polo ground to the royal family, a fallow piece of land went under transformation in 2014. We decided to build a community centre and park that would bring together all segments of society. We used sports as a tool for entertainment, gathering and character building in youth.
In a short span of time, the DSK Sports Club has attracted locals, regional bodies and even foreign sporting teams from far and wide.
Strategically located near the town's busiest area the DSK Sports Club is easy to reach with great visibility for passers by. Breathtaking views of the Vindhyachal add to the charm of this public placemaking project.
